Flat cakes with olive oil and onions

Flat cakes turn out soft, beautiful and nourishing, with fried onions. Can be both first course, and the second. Flat cakes are unusually decorated with red onions. Will please your guests.

It is required to you

  • - 380 g of flour
  • - 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • - 100 g of onions
  • - 1 red onions
  • - 1 tsps of yeast
  • - 190 ml of water
  • - 5 olives
  • - 7 g of salt
  • - 1 tsps of granulated sugar

Instruction

1. Clean onions and cut in cubes. Fry onions on olive oil on weak fire about 10-12 minutes.

2. Begin to do dough. Pour warm water in ware, add yeast, let's stand 5-7 minutes. Add granulated sugar, flour, the fried onions, salt to taste. Knead dough. Put dough in a cold spot for 1-2 hours. It has to rise by 2-3 times.

3. Divide dough into 5 equal parts. Make balls, close a film and let's infuse 10-15 minutes.

4. Clean red onions, cut half rings. Take one ball of the test, roll by means of a rolling pin, 1 cm thick. Put olive in the middle and decorate with half rings of red onions. Make also with leftover dough.

5. Put flat cakes on a baking tray, cover with a film and put them in the furnace warmed up to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
