It is required to you

  • - 200 g of the frozen green peas;
  • - 2 apples;
  • - 2 glasses of water;
  • - 5 garlic gloves;
  • - 2 h spoon of sesame oil;
  • - 1 h pepper spoon;
  • - salt to taste.

Instruction

1. Fill up green peas in a saucepan, fill in with two glasses of water. Add the peeled garlic gloves, put on average fire to cook. Peas can even be not defrozen previously, and garlic - not to crush.

2. Wash out apples, remove a core, cut pulp into cubes, add to peas, mix, you cook everything together within 7 minutes. Then add pepper and salt to taste, switch off a plate, cover a pan and leave to infuse and cool down. Other vegetables, spices and seasonings are added to soup to taste.
