Grilled pork - the fast and tasty dish having the mass of variations. You can make meat with vegetables, add to it fruit, mushrooms, wine, tomato sauce or sour cream. Use any part of ink, but especially gentle and fragrant subfrying turns out from not too fat fillet.

Subfrying from pork with addition of mushrooms and sour creams differs in very delicate flavor. Wash out 800 g of pork fillet, clean from films and excess fat. Dry meat a napkin and cut it bars. Chop 2 bulbs rings, roast them in mix of melted and vegetable oil till golden color. Add 200 g of the mushrooms sliced by thin. Champignons will be ideal for subfrying, but it is possible to use also forest mushrooms. Stirring slowly, fry everything until ready, and then lay out frying pan contents in a bowl.

Increase fire, add still oil and fry a half of a portion of meat in a frying pan. Shift it in separate ware and fry the remained pork. Return all meat to a frying pan, water it with couple of tablespoons of brandy. Take pork on fire 3 minutes that alcohol was completely evaporated. Add the fried onions with mushrooms, 250 ml of sour cream, a paprika pinch, salt and a fresh ground black pepper. Bring mix to the boil, strew the parsley crushed by greens and give. As a garnish fried potato or puree will approach.

Instead of sour cream for filling it is possible to use cream. For taste add couple of spoons of lemon juice, and strew ready subfrying with a small amount of the crushed lemon dried peel.

Subfrying with tomatoes has more saturated taste. Wash out 350 g of pork fillet and dry. Cut meat in cubes. In a frying pan warm vegetable oil and fry in it the crushed bulb. When onions become transparent, add to it meat. Fry it before formation of a ruddy crust, stirring slowly with a wooden scapula.

In the fried meat it is possible to pour in couple of tablespoons of white wine, it will give to pork additional flavoring nuances.

Grate 1 large carrots, lay out it to pork. Remove a skin from 3 tomatoes, largely chop pulp. Add tomatoes to subfrying, salt and pepper. If there are no fresh tomatoes, use the tomato paste divorced hot water. For taste 0.5 h can pour a spoon of ground Provence herbs. Mix subfrying and you extinguish 7-10 minutes. Give it with pasta or rice. Presnovaty pork will be well shaded by sour additives. Fry meat with apples, having added to this duet a paprika and red currant jelly. Clean 300 g of pork from films and fat, wash out, dry and cut straws. Clean 2 red paprikas and 1 chili pepper from partitions and seeds, thinly plane. Peel red sweet-sour apple, cut segments and sprinkle lemon juice. Drench 4 tomatoes with boiled water, husk. Cut tomatoes chetvertushka. In a deep frying pan warm vegetable oil so that it almost began to smoke. Lay out mix of pepper in a frying pan and fry 2 minutes. Add pork to pepper. Stirring slowly, cook it 4 more minutes. Add apples, tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of jelly from red currant. Mix everything, add some salt, strew with a fresh ground black pepper. Fry all 1-2 minutes and spread out on the warmed-up plates. As a garnish make pasta, French fries or buckwheat cereal for subfrying.
