  • Wheat flour - 200 гр.
  • Rye flour - 100 гр.

  • Oat flakes - 50 гр.
  • Raisin - 100 гр.

  • Salt - 1/2 tsps.
  • Yogurt - 250 ml.
  • Milk - 180 ml.
  • Oil for greasing of a bowl.

Instruction

1. Sift flour and mix it with oat flakes. Later add raisin, sunflower seeds and salt there. Further take a deep bowl and mix milk and yogurt there. Yogurt is better to use natural, it will turn out much more tasty.

2. Later mix mix of flakes and torments with mix of milk and yogurt. Carefully mix, trying to avoid lumps.
