Fish dishes take a place of honor on daily and on a holiday table. It is possible to please the members of household, having prepared a salmon in an oven. The baked steaks turn out juicy and tasty. They will for a long time be remembered to your relatives.

- salmon;
- foil;
- lemon;
- fennel;
- vegetable oil;
- desi;
- flour;
- seasoning for fish;
- salt;
- tomato;
- cheese;
- cream;
- white dry wine.
Instruction
1. Wash up steaks of a salmon, dry a little and salt also seasoning for fish. Squeeze out juice from a half of a lemon and sprinkle them fish. Cut tomato on thin circles, grate cheese on a small grater.
2. Take several pieces of a foil, curtail each of them several times and make of them similarity of a plate with high edges. Oil a foil bottom vegetable or olive. Don't pour oil much, otherwise the fish will turn out very fatty.
3. Put each steak in separate "plate" from a foil. On fish put several branches of fennel and circles of tomato. From above plentifully strew fish with a grated cheese.
4. Cover every portion with a foil layer, having densely fastened edges. Put fish in the oven warmed up to 180 wasps. In 30 minutes take out a baking tray with fish, accurately skim a foil and move away fish back for several minutes. When fish becomes covered by an appetizing crust, switch off an oven and serve the dish to a table.
5. Prepare in a frying pan. Pour out 50 g of flour on a frying pan and roast it a little. Cool mix of flour and oil and shift in a small pan. Add to flour 1 glass of cream and 100 ml of white dry wine. Mix all ingredients and boil them on small fire of 5-7 minutes until sauce becomes dense.
6. It is possible to serve such fish, without taking out from a foil. Water juice which was formed when roasting fish on fish. Decorate each piece with thin segment of a lemon and branches of fresh greens. It is possible to serve with potatoes, rice or just vegetable salad a salmon.
