Many already accustomed with baking of white loaf, but some also love and bake a rye bread.

It is required to you

  • 5 kg of rye flour
    • 5 glasses of water
    • 400 g of ferment
    • 5 glasses of honey
    • 2 kg – wheat flour

Instruction

1. Take 400 g of ferment and pour in it in 1.5 glasses of water. Leave at several o'clock.

2. Take 4 kg of the sifted rye flour and fill in with 12 glasses of boiled water, shake up a scapula, bubbles won't appear yet. After that leave to cool down.

3. Connect ready ferment and the made flour and leave for 2-3 hours the baking plate a towel, won't rise yet.

4. After that add 0.5 glasses of honey and 3 glasses of water. Add rye and wheat flour. Knead dough very long.

5. Make bread of a form necessary to you and bake at the maximum temperature 1.5-2 hours.
