It will be required to you

- wheat flour – 1 glass;

- egg – 3 pieces; - milk – 2 tablespoons;

- sugar – 1 tablespoon; - sunflower oil – 2 tablespoons; - parsley greens – 2 bunches; - carrots of the average sizes – 2 pieces; - beet of the average sizes – 2 pieces; - salt – to taste. In a deep bowl the blender or a nimbus shake up eggs with sugar in dense foam. Add milk, salt and stir. Previously sift flour, so dough will be easier. In the small portions pour flour into egg mix and carefully mix before obtaining quite dense uniform test (on consistence similar to dough for fritters). If in the course of addition of flour lumps are formed, break them a nimbus or pound about a bowl wall.

Prepare color dyes for pancakes. For this purpose wash out parsley, crush in the blender, shift in a gauze and wring out juice in a glass. Wash up beet and carrots, peel. If in economy there is a juice extractor, for preparation of carrot and beet juice use it. If there is no juice extractor, grate these vegetables on the smallest grater. Then, as well as in a case with parsley, use a gauze and wring out carrot and beet juice in two different glasses. Divide ready dough into 4 parts and spread out on bowls. Now in each capacity bring dough to consistence of liquid sour cream, adding gradually to the first boiled water, to the second parsley juice, in the third juice of carrots and in I quarter beet juice. Add to every portion of the multi-colored test on a teaspoon of vegetable oil and well stir. Heat a frying pan, oil it vegetable and, serially using dough of different flowers, bake pancakes. Serve ready color pancakes with jam or sour cream.
