Pea soup has great nutrition value. Therefore it is recommended to be included in the menu in cold season. The way of preparation of a dish depends on flavoring addictions of the person and on state of his health. If you the fan of rich soup, for broth can use pork, mutton beef or smoked products. Otherwise use chicken, a turkey, a rabbit or just vegetable oil.

- peas - 1.5 glasses;
- chicken - 300 g;
- potatoes - 2 pieces;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- onions - 1 piece;
- vegetable oil;
- bay leaf - 2 pieces;
- greens - on - to taste;
- water - 3 l;
1. Wet necessary amount of peas for the night. It will reduce time of its preparation and will improve gustatory qualities due to removal of an imperceptible film from peas.
2. Pour in a pan with peas pure cold water and put on a tile. Before boiling remove a skin, cover a pan and you cook peas on very slow fire within an hour.
3. Meanwhile take chicken fillet, wash a baking plate with flowing water and cut on flank steaks. After the above-stated time, put meat in peas and continue to cook minutes 30. Don't forget to remove a scum.
4. Peel carrots and a bulb from a thin skin. Pour vegetable oil in a frying pan and add to it the carrots cut on cubes. Slightly roast. Small chop onions and put on a frying pan, a spasseruyta till golden color.
5. Clean potatoes, cut in cubes and add to a pan as soon as chicken meat cooks. Before boiling remove a skin. Salt soup necessary amount of salt.
6. Put fried onions and carrot, bay leaf, bell pepper in a pan. You cook soup of 5-7 more minutes and let's it infuse.
7. Before giving on a table strew a dish with small chopped parsley, fennel, cilantro and green onions. Pea soup is well combined with crackers or with black bread.
