  • For a chocolate cover:
    • 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
    • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
    • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
    • For sugar coating:
    • 250 g of icing sugar
    • 1 egg white
    • 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
    • lemon juice
    • For crunchy glaze:
    • 2/3 glasses of granulated sugar
    • 120 g of a desi
    • 50 ml of milk
    • For lime or lemon glaze:
    • 120 g of icing sugar
    • 5 teaspoons of juice of a lime/lemon
    • For fruit glaze:
    • fruit juice (2 portions on 300 ml)
    • granulated sugar or powder of 500 g
    • gelatin of 20 g
    • syrup of glucose of 5 tablespoons
    • citric acid of 10 g
    • food color

Instruction

1. For preparation of a chocolate cover mix granulated sugar and powder of cocoa. Place the container with mix on weak fire and add sour cream. Constantly stirring slowly, heat until sugar completely isn't dissolved. Then bring mix to the boil. If you want to receive a smooth surface of cake, you apply on it glaze hot. If to put it cooled, the surface will be rough.

2. Preparation of sugar coating requires icing sugar. It can be bought ready prepared or to process granulated sugar in the coffee grinder or a special melnichka. Separate egg white from a yolk and cool it. Begin to beat egg white a nimbus or the mixer. Gradually, on one tablespoon fill icing sugar and continue to shake up. Add several drops of lemon juice and vegetable oil, it will add glossy gloss to glaze. If you want to receive liquid glaze, add a little water. If more dense and plastic, for example - for drawing of patterns on cake, add a little more icing sugar. For receiving color glaze add food color.

3. For decoration of cake crunchy glaze mix oil, milk and granulated sugar. At first warm mix on average fire, continuously stirring slowly. Then add fire and boil it within two minutes. After cooling break weight the mixer into small crunchy crumbs and decorate with them cake.

4. Lime or lemon glaze is used for decoration of muffins and cakes. For its preparation mix icing sugar with juice of a lime or lemon to a uniform state and water a finished product.

5. Fruit glaze is prepared from various fruit juices. Fill in with juice granulated sugar or powder, place capacity on slow fire and continuously stir slowly before full dissolution. Add glucose syrup, gelatin, citric acid and at will - food color. After dissolution of ingredients add the next portion of juice and you boil within three minutes. Apply the received mix on cake hot.
