Circle and point in its center – one of the oldest mathematical tasks which solution in fact is for many Buddhist enlightenment like cotton one hand. The meaning of this task is to teach the examinee to come off a framework of standard thinking in strictly set directories and to force to think more than in two axes of a system of coordinates.

Instruction
1. Attentively study conditions of the task set to you. Pay attention to the moments concerning a drawing surface, a possibility of change of a surface and work in two-dimensional space. If at a task there are similar reservations (for example, "to draw a circle and to put the end, operating only with two-dimensional space"), such task has no decision.
2. Take the sheet of leaky paper. It is necessary that it could well and without problems to be bent, keeping traces of bends. Using a pencil, draw on paper a circle so that its edges almost concerned sheet edges. As the task does not demand strict observance of geometrical figures, the circle can be not ideal. It is worth remembering that later began tracings of a circle to tear off a pencil from paper it is impossible.
3. Bend a leaf so that its opposite edges adjoined, and repeat operation. It is worth reminding that it is impossible to tear off a pencil from the line of a circle. It is more convenient to bend a leaf in the party opposite to the drawing, "outside". As a result the drawn circle and lines of a bend of a leaf form a certain similarity of a target – a circle and the cross dividing it into four equal parts.
4. At last, bend a leaf so that the edge of a circle with the pencil recorded here concerned the center of a cross – a point of intersection of lines of a bend. The task is solved: the end is put to the center of a circle, and the pencil was not torn off from a circle and a leaf in general. It should be noted that some teachers consider such decision inadmissible, in that case it is worth bending a leaf "outside" again and to put the end to the center of a circle by means of a leaf surface puncture.
