Sushi – a dish of Japanese cuisine popular around the world which can be eaten with the help of special sticks. Sushi ceremony demands also special ceramic ware and observance of some rules at meal time.

- - soy-bean sauce;
- - one or several dishes of the big size;
- - individual plateaus for each guest;
- - support for sticks;
- - sticks;
- - small pans for sauce.
Instruction
1. Lay out sushi on big dishes. Put for each guest individual plateaus, supports for sticks and a pan with sauce. Each guest has to shift pieces to himself to a plateau by means of sticks. It is impossible to take hands and to shift sushi to plates - it is considered bad form.
2. Use for food of a stick: take the first stick slightly below than the middle, you hold it with a big, index and middle finger. Take the second stick so that it leaned on the ring finger and a little finger put together. Further straighten a middle finger, at the same time both sticks will be moved apart on the necessary distance. To capture by them sushi, bend a forefinger, this movement will reduce sticks together; big pieces are divided the same movement into slightly small.
3. Dip sushi in sauce, at the same time it is impossible to dip rice as it can be scattered. Therefore take a piece sticks so that only fish got to sauce. Sushi can't be bitten off - eat everyone for 1 time. The only exception is temak, its large pieces divide sticks into several parts in a plate.
4. Observe etiquette during sushi ceremony. Don't pierce food sticks, in Japan it is considered a bad sign. It is impossible to gnaw sticks, it is impossible to drive them on a table or to point to objects. Don't give a stick each other by the thin end. If it is impossible to use them, it is possible to eat sushi hands, Japan treats it normally.
5. Eat sushi in the following sequence: at first rolls as dried seaweed can absorb moisture, thereby worsening taste of a dish. Further eat sashimi and sushi in any order.
