If to freeze broth, then in large numbers. Stock up with the products, necessary on the recipe, naturally, in proportion having increased their quantity. Or, for example, take three pans less, and buy products for three different broths. Then you will be able to diversify the menu of the family even more.

3. Let's cool down completely to ready broth. Then take glass jars. Banks have to be washed purely up. For greater confidence in their sterility it is possible to rinse them with boiled water. It is better to take several cans of the different size. In big banks it is possible to freeze broth in case you will be going to please family with soup, and in small to add it, for example, at preparation of sauces. Pour the cooled-down broth in banks, densely close a cover and remove in the freezer. It is also possible to freeze broth in trays for storage of food. For this purpose it is better to choose glass, but not plastic ware. Pour broth in trays, densely close covers and move away them in the freezer. Broth can be frozen and stored in usual plastic bags also. It is convenient to freeze previously broth in forms for ice cubes, and then to pour them into a package. Then, whatever the recipe was, you will be able to defreeze amount of broth necessary to you.
