Most of hostesses freezes mushrooms for the winter. It is a universal way of their conservation. And it is possible to freeze both fresh mushrooms, and boiled and even fried. But if to freeze mushrooms – quite simple business, then how to defreeze and prepare them after a defrosting - for a difficult question.

Instruction

1. Classical frying the frozen mushrooms. Previously place mushrooms in the boiling added some salt water for 5-10 minutes. It is necessary for their disinfection. If you are sure of purity of mushrooms (as personally they were processed before freezing), then safely pour out them on a hot frying pan. As soon as water from mushrooms completely boils away, add sunflower oil, salt, pepper and add small cut onions. Fry on moderate fire of minutes 10-15. Add some sour cream. Extinguish 7 more minutes. Fried mushrooms are ready.

2. Champignons (or cepes) in batter. While the frozen mushrooms are boiled in the boiling added some salt water, make batter. Shake up 2 eggs with a glass of milk, 2 tablespoons of flour and a salt pinch. Cut each large mushroom lengthways in half. On a separate plate fill bread crumbs. Heat a frying pan with a large number of vegetable oil. At first dip each mushroom (or its half) in batter, and then in crackers and send to a frying pan. Fry mushrooms to a crunchy gold crust.

3. Ragout with honey agarics. This dish is cooked in two stages. Boil mushrooms several minutes, cut on large parts. Fry cut onions on oil till golden color, pour out mushrooms on a frying pan. Fry 3 more minutes. In 2 glasses of water dissolve several spoons of tomato paste, a spoon of vinegar and as much sugar. In a form for roasting lay out the fried mushrooms, the paprika from above cut with straws, fill in with tomato sauce. Salt and pepper. Under a cover or a foil bake in an oven not less than 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 °C.
