How to make brochettes with a duck breast and cheddar

The brochettes from a duck breast in magnificent marinade complemented with cheddar and grapes - great cold appetizer. The dish is very tasty, is preparing quickly and simply. Snack will please guests and house with magnificent appearance. The specified quantity of products will be enough for 5-6 portions.

It is required to you

  • - a duck breast - 1 piece;
  • - cheddar cheese - 100 g;
  • - green grapes - 100 g;
  • - pink grapes - 100 g;
  • - red dry wine - 200 ml;
  • - raspberry vinegar - 1 tablespoon;
  • - sugar - 1.5 tablespoons;
  • - allspice peas - 4-5 peas;
  • - carnation buds - 3-4 pieces;
  • - rosemary - 2 branches;
  • - lettuce leaves - 5-6 leaves;
  • - ground black pepper - a pinch;
  • - salt - a pinch.

Instruction

1. Carefully wash out a duck breast, then dry a paper towel.

2. Preparation of marinade. Connect wine, vinegar, sugar, mix. Add bell pepper, a carnation, rosemary to mix. Boil thoroughly marinade on weak fire 2-3 minutes from the moment of boiling. Cool to room temperature. Marinade is ready.

3. Fill in with the made marinade a duck breast and leave meat to be pickled for 30-40 minutes.

4. Then dry a breast, rub with salt, pepper, fry on a grill from two parties until ready (7-10 minutes). Cut a ready breast small pieces (about 3х3 centimeters).

5. Cut cheese in cubes of average size.

6. Wash grapes with water, dry. Cut lengthways in half and remove stones.

7. Take long wooden skewers. Alternating, it is necessary to string pieces of cheese, a duck breast and grapes on skewers. On a plate lay out lettuce leaves, from above put ready skewers. Snack is ready.
