Did you taste Caesar roll in McDonald's? The same yum-yum can be made houses. The recipe rather simple, and roll turns out incredibly tasty.
It is required to you
- - 1 thin big lavash (it is possible to take 3 small),
- - 500 grams of chicken fillet,
- - 3 tomatoes,
- - 6 tablespoons of sauce Caesar,
- - 12 sheets of a lettuce,
- - 50 grams of croutons,
- - 1 tablespoon of vegetable or sunflower oil,
- - 300 grams of a hard cheese,
- - salt to taste,
- - black sprinkling pepper to taste,
- - turmeric to taste,
- - sesame to taste.
Instruction
1. Roll well wash out vegetables for Caesar, let's dry a little.
2. Wash out meat, dry paper towels and cut strips.
3. Fry meat on the warmed oil until ready. Season with salt, pepper and a turmeric. The turmeric will give to chicken meat a pleasant yellowish shade.
4. In 2-3 minutes prior to the end of frying strew strips of chicken with sesame sunflower seeds (for aroma), mix.
5. Wash tomato, cut thin segments.
6. Cut a big lavash on rectangles. If a lavash small, then it isn't necessary to cut. Grease one rectangle of a lavash with ready sauce (it is possible to buy in shop), from above strew sauce with a grated cheese.
7. On cheese put two leaves of salad on which lay tomato. On tomato put the fried meat and wheat croutons. Cover with two leaves of salad.
8. Accurately curtail roll into a tubule and shift to a plate. Do the same with the remained ingredients. Serve rolls with Coca-Cola, as in McDonald's.
