  • Dough:
  • - 200 g of wheat flour,
  • - 100 g of sunflower oil,
  • - 40 g of raisin,
  • - 50 g of milk,
  • - 1 h ginger spoon,
  • - 2 h spoon of baking powder,
  • - 200 g of carrots,
  • - 100 g of sugar,
  • - 1 egg,
  • - 1 g of vanillin,
  • - 1 h spoon of ground cinnamon.
  • Cream:
  • - 170 g of cream cheese,
  • - 55 g of a desi,
  • - 50 g of icing sugar.
  • Decor:
  • - 1 carrots,
  • - confectionery topping to taste.

Instruction

1. Include an oven on warming up (temperature of 160 degrees).

2. Connect flour and baking powder, sift several times in volume capacity. Add to flour vanilla sugar together with a ground cinnamon and a cracked ginger, well stir.

3. Break egg in a bowl, add sugar, shake up. Add 100 grams of sunflower oil to the shaken-up egg mixture and once again shake up. Mix the turned-out weight with a dry-mix.

4. Grate the peeled carrots, then mix it with carrots. Pour in the warmed-up milk and mix.

5. Wash out raisin and wet in boiled water for ten minutes. Then add it to dough and mix.

6. Spread out dough on the prepared molds. Bake about half an hour, check readiness of the test a toothpick. Shift cakes to a plate and cool.

7. While cakes cool down, prepare cream. Mix in a bowl cream cheese with the softened oil and icing sugar. Shift cream in a pastry bag and decorate cupcakes. On cream put a little carrots and powder with topping - at will. It is possible to make figures of carrots and to decorate with them cupcakes.
