How to make chicken Nisuaz salad

This salad is in the menu of almost all French restaurants that speaks about its demand. It is invented in Nice and is a light and at the same time rich dish for locals. All ingredients of Nisuaz salad cost not much, besides they can be got in the nearest supermarket.

It is required to you

  • - arugula – 75 g
  • - chicken fillet – 260-350 g
  • - olives without stones – 130-150 g
  • - green beans – 150-200 g
  • - eggs – 3-5 pieces.
  • - tomatoes – 250-340 g
  • - garlic – 3 cloves
  • - mustard – 3-5 tsps.
  • - lemon juice – 2 tablespoons.
  • - olive oil – 350 g


1. Wash, lay out chicken fillet in a deep stewpan with water and on average fire to cook within 6-9 minutes. Remove foam, lower fire, add salt and cook 17-19 more minutes. Get fillet from broth, cool, then to cut with small pieces.
