    • honey – 100 g

    • soy-bean sauce - 50 ml
    • oil - 30 ml
    • water - 50 ml

Instruction

1. Take chicken, wash her and divide into pieces: separate shins, hips, fillet of a breast and wings from a skeleton. It is possible to buy in shop just hips, but among guests or your members of household surely there will be somebody who keeps to a diet, leads a healthy lifestyle or just prefers light meat. Therefore be not too lazy to take chicken entirely and to cut her.

2. Put fillet of a breast in a plastic bag and beat off the special culinary hammer or a rolling pin. Cellophane will keep juiciness in chops. Pull out fillet from a package and cut on rhombuses or strips, at discretion. Hips can be divided into two parts that meat was better kept waiting. Put the received pieces in a pan or a bowl and leave for some time.

3. Now time to prepare marinade came. Put honey in a small pan. It is better to take honey of liquid grades, however, if in the house I remained only last year's candied - don't despair.
