It is required to you

  • - potatoes of 4 pieces.
  • - flour of 2 tablespoons.
  • - egg of 1 piece.
  • - desi of 2 tsps.
  • - salt, pepper to taste.
  • - mushrooms of 100 g
  • - onions of 1 piece.
  • - cheese of 50 g
  • - vegetable oil of 2 tablespoons.
  • - bread crumbs of 4 tablespoons.
  • For preparation of sauce:
  • - garlic 4 cloves
  • - sugar or honey of 4 tablespoons.

Instruction

1. Potatoes need to be washed out and boiled ""in a uniform"".

2. After potatoes cooled down a little, peel potatoes and mash it to a condition of thick mashed potatoes.

3. Now we will pass to preparation of potato dough. We add flour, butter, egg, salt and pepper to potatoes. We mix to homogeneous mass.

4. For a stuffing small we cut mushrooms and onions, we mix and we fry in well warmed frying pan with use of vegetable oil.

5. We divide potato dough into equal parts and by means of a rolling pin or a bottle we roll flat cakes.

6. It is necessary to put 1 tsp of mushrooms with onions in the middle of each flat cake and a small slice of cheese.

7. Inwrap edges of each flat cake and create cutlets. When forming cutlets it is necessary to moisten hands with water that potato dough didn't stick to palms and was more obedient.

8. Roll in cutlets in flour or bread crumbs.

9. Fry cutlets on strong fire on both sides to a golden crust. It is also possible to place cutlets in the oven warmed up to 190 degrees and to bake within 25-40 minutes.
