  • - 100 ml of chicken broth;

  • - 80 g of white dry wine;
  • - 10 g of a turmeric;
  • - 1 pieces of onions;
  • - 15 ml of sunflower oil;
  • - 100 ml of low-fat cream;
  • - 5 ml of olive oil;
  • - 1 g of fresh rosemary;
  • - 5 g of pink bell pepper;
  • - 1 g of a dry thyme;
  • - 1 g of dry garlic;
  • - salt to taste.


1. First of all prepare fragrant oil for a dish. Ideally it needs several hours properly to infuse, but you can prepare it before giving on a table, from it it won't be less tasty. In a small cup, it is better glass, mix 5 ml of olive oil and 5 ml of sunflower oil. Mix and add fresh rosemary. Then pink pepper, thyme and garlic.
