Eggs are a source of a set of nutrients and easily acquired proteins. Eggs are very simple in preparation and are ingredient of various dishes. Egg salad with a lemon and fresh herbs turns out very tasty and fragrant.
It is required to you
- - 8 large eggs;
- - 80 ml of mayonnaise;
- - 30 ml of lemon juice;
- - tablespoon of Dijon mustard;
- - several branches of fresh greens (it is possible to use mint, a basil or an oregano);
- - salt to taste;
- - pinch of ground black pepper.
Instruction
1. Eggs it is necessary to boil hard-boiled and to allow them to cool down, and to crush greens.
2. In a small cup we mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
3. We cut the cooled-down eggs small pieces and we mix with fragrant gas station and fresh greens.
4. The ready-to-eat meal can be served at once, or having cooled it a little in the fridge. If there is a small rye roll, it is possible to cut it in half, to remove a crumb and instead of it to fill bread with salad.
