It is required to you

  • - 4 tablespoons of yogurt;
  • - 2 tablespoons of mustard;
  • - ½ lemons;
  • - ½ cups of mayonnaise;
  • - ¼ cups of milk;
  • - ½ tablespoons of hot sauce (for tartare sauce);
  • - 1 tablespoons of hot sauce (for nuggets);
  • - 2 articles of bread crumbs;
  • - 2.5 tablespoons of a brine from pickled cucumbers;
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - 450 g of fish (for example, crashes);
  • - 2 eggs.

Instruction

1. At once include to get warm an oven. Temperature in it at the time of cooking has to be 220 degrees.

2. In deep ware break eggs, add to them necessary amount of yogurt, mustard and sauce. Then pour in milk in mix and well shake up mix by means of the mixer. Pour out bread crumbs in a saucer.

3. Cut a fish fillet with small pieces and sprinkle them lemon juice. Pepper and salt fish. Further at first dip each fish piece into a frothed eggs, and then from all directions roll in bread crumbs.
