It is required to you

  • - 400 g of chicken fillet
  • - packing of a lavash
  • - 2 average tomatoes
  • - 2 paprikas
  • - 1 big cucumber
  • - 1 bunch of salad
  • - 1 small jar of a natural yoghourt
  • - 2 tablespoons of balsam sauce
  • - several pinches of dried spicy herbs
  • - olive oil
  • - 2 pinches of nutmeg
  • - salt, pepper to taste


1. Wash out chicken fillet in a cold clear water, dry on a paper towel, put in a bowl. Salt meat, pepper, add a half of herbs, carefully rub everything and leave for 15 minutes to be pickled. Cut the pickled chicken breasts on long thick slices.

2. Well warm vegetable oil in a frying pan, lay out in it slices of chicken, fry to a golden crisp from all directions.

3. Wash out all vegetables and fresh herbs in water, dry on a towel. Slice tomatoes, pepper - straws, and cucumbers - small cubes.

4. Make sauce: mix balsam sauce, nutmeg, olive oil, yogurt, spicy herbs, salt and pepper

5. Mix vegetables with sauce, lay out everything on a lavash, add chicken. Tear lettuce leaves, put in a lavash and inwrap it. Shawarma is ready, bon appetit!
