How to make Inspiration salad

Inspiration salad is this that "highlight" in decoration of a holiday table which many hostesses try to find. Salad surprises with appearance, and the amazing taste will please you and your guests. Ideally for holidays.

It is required to you

  • - 2 beets;
  • - 1 bulb;
  • - 4 carrots;
  • - 5 eggs;
  • - 350 g of chicken fillet;
  • - 250 g of marinated mushrooms;
  • - 200 g of a hard cheese;
  • - several branches of parsley;
  • - 200 g of mayonnaise.

Instruction

1. In the added some salt water we boil chicken. Separately we boil two beets, 4 carrots and eggs.

2. From boiled beet we cut off accurate circles for formation of a leg-base crabmeat. The remained beet is largely rubbed.

3. We peel carrots, we cut off thin and wide strips which are necessary to us for ornament. The remained carrots largely we rub.

4. We cut boiled fillet in small cubes.

5. We form salad. We put grated beet on a flat plate, from above by which it is drawn a thin mayonnaise network. Further we place grated carrots and also we do a mayonnaise network. We stack small cut bulb, from above there is a mayonnaise network, then fillet and again mayonnaise. We put on fillet the crushed yolks (it is possible to crush a grater or a knife to whom as it is more convenient), from above a mayonnaise network. Then there are small cut mushrooms, from above draw a mayonnaise network, then there is a grated cheese, grease with mayonnaise of a side and up salad. We strew salad with grated egg whites from all directions.

6. We form a beautiful leg-base crabmeat of circles of beet and we put it in the center of salad. Further we stack four strips of carrots. We form by parsley branches (parsley can be replaced with fennel) leaflets. We put salad in the fridge on an hour and a half. We give on a table.
