It is required to you

  • - 5 stalks of leek (only a white part);
  • - 70 гр. desi;
  • - 2 potatoes of the average size;
  • - liter of chicken broth or water;
  • - 200 ml of cream;
  • - pepper and salt.

Instruction

1. Potatoes and leek need to be washed up and cleaned well.

2. Small to crumble leek, to cut potatoes in small cubes.

3. In a frying pan to kindle oil, to fry in it leek literally 2-3 minutes.

4. Add potato to a frying pan, salt and pepper, mix and 5 minutes to extinguish on average fire. After that it is necessary to pour in broth that it covered vegetables.

5. As soon as potato cooks, fire it is necessary to switch off, give to cool down to broth with vegetables.

6. We pour broth with vegetables in the blender and we crush. We add cream and again we turn on the blender for 2-3 minutes.

7. In the summer soup it is possible to give chilled, and in cold season it is better to give preference to a warm or hot dish.
