How to make light salad with shrimps

Shrimps are incredibly tasty and very simple product in preparation. Interesting boiled shrimps salad with Asian notes will be suitable for those who adhere to dietary food. This dish will become original snack and will be able to diversify a holiday table.

It is required to you

  • - 500 g of shrimps;
  • - cucumber;
  • - coarse sea salt;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - 120 ml of a natural yoghourt or sour cream;
  • - tablespoon of low-calorie mayonnaise;
  • - juice and dried peel of 1 lime;
  • - tablespoon of seeds of sesame;
  • - parsley leaves for ornament.

Instruction

1. We peel a cucumber, by means of a spoon we delete seeds.

2. We cut a cucumber on small pieces, we salt, we mix and we remove aside.

3. The cleaned shrimps we throw in the boiling added some salt water as soon as water begins to boil again, we take out shrimps, we salt and we pepper to taste, we remove in the fridge that cooled down.

4. We remove a dried peel from a lime and we squeeze out juice. In a bowl we mix lime juice, a natural yoghourt (sour cream), a dried peel and mayonnaise.

5. We shift a cucumber to a paper towel to remove surplus of water.

6. We fry a sesame seed in a frying pan till golden color and we mix with cucumber pieces.

7. On a plate by the hill it is spread shrimps, around we pour in sauce and we spread cucumbers with sesame sunflower seeds. Light, tasty and very useful salad is ready!
