Pizza is one of the most popular dishes in the world. Since 90th years of the XX century, this national Italian dish became widespread also in Russia. By the way, unlike Americans and Europeans who usually order pizza on the house in fast food restaurants most of Russians prepare pizza independently from the house recipes. Traditional pizza dough contains yeast, however among admirers of healthy food the great popularity was gained by a yeastless dough for pizza.

Well knead dough, form in a sphere and leave it to lie down. In 15 minutes roll dough in flat cake. Kefir in this recipe can be replaced with an unsweetened natural yoghourt.
4. Pizza dough on a molokeperemeshayta of 500 grams of the sifted wheat flour from 1 h a salt spoon. In separate ware stir 2 eggs, a half-glass of warm milk and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (sunflower, olive or mustard). Pour in an egg milk mix in flour and knead the turned-out weight hands to a uniform state. Make a sphere of the test and let's it lie down 15 minutes. Then roll dough in flat cake.
