It is required to you

  • For 4 portions:
  • - 120 ml of heavy cream;
  • - 4 big tubers of potatoes;
  • - 200 g of parmesan;
  • - 200 g of a desi;
  • - 4 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • - salt, pepper and ground dried garlic to taste.

Instruction

1. Well we wash each tuber of potatoes, cleaning off all dirt (it is better even to use a special brush for vegetables if you have it in economy).

3. We warm an oven to 200 degrees and we prepare a baking tray, covering it paper for pastries.
