Usual dishes which we eat every day aren't suitable for a solemn feast. And sometimes and without any occasion there is a wish to indulge himself and house with something unusual, beautiful, appetizing and very tasty, but a lung in preparation. The stuffed potatoes meet all these requirements.

It is required to you

  • 4 potatoes
    • 1 pod of paprika
    • hard cheese - 100 g
    • 1 bulb
    • salt
    • pepper
    • olive oil of 1 tsp.

Instruction

1. Choose potatoes of the average size, equal and round. Carefully wash them from the earth and sand. Remove a potato peel by means of a knife. Once again wash out the peeled potatoes in cold flowing water and lay out on a clean dish. Set aside a dish aside.

2. Take a paprika pod, it is desirable red or yellow color. Wash up pepper under a stream of cold water. A sharp knife cut out around a pepper fruit stem. Carefully pull for "tail" to extend all fruit stem together with seeds.

3. Wash out pepper from which you already removed seeds, in cold water. Cut a pod lengthways on several thin strips, and then chop in the form of small cubes. Shift the received vegetable weight in nonmetallic ware, set aside aside.
