How to make roast with a bean

Siliculose (asparagus) haricot - very useful product for a human body. It not only is vitamin-rich also minerals, but also is safe thanks to the unique ability not to absorb in itself toxins.   • - pork pulp - 500 g;
  • - potato - 1 kg;
  • - the bean frozen - 1 pack (450-500 g);
  • - onions - 3 pieces;
  • - tomato paste - 2 tablespoons;
  • - sunflower oil - 50 ml;
  • - black sprinkling pepper;
  • - salt;
  • - pan with a thick bottom, a deep frying pan or a cauldron.

Instruction

1. Wash out meat under flowing water and cut small pieces. Peel onions and potatoes. Chop onions half rings, and cut potato into cubes or bars.

2. In a pan (frying pan or a cauldron) pour in sunflower oil and properly warm up it. At first lay pork and fry it before emergence of a ruddy crust. Then put onions and fry it together with meat of 7-8 minutes.

3. After that add tomato paste, carefully mix it with pork and onions, and then prepare within 3 minutes.

4. Now put potato and mix it with pan contents that it became impregnated with tomato subfrying a little. In 5 minutes add a bean and once again together well mix everything.

5. Thanks to the fact that we use haricot frozen in the course of heating it will allocate some volume of water therefore at this stage everything can be brought to the boil and to cover. If you love roast with a large amount of liquid, then after addition of haricot it is possible to pour in 1 glass of water in a pan, to bring to the boil, and then to reduce temperature to a low mark and to cover.

6. Preparation time of such roast depends on potatoes grade. After 40 minutes check it and haricot for readiness - if they became soft, then it is possible to add salt and a black sprinkling pepper to a dish, and then to remove from a plate. Or to allow to potomitsya even about 10 minutes.
