  • - rye flour - 370 g;
  • - egg - 1 piece;
  • - a desi - 50 g;
  • - milk - 100 ml;
  • - honey - 100 ml;
  • - sugar - 2 tablespoons;
  • - soda - 0.5 teaspoons;
  • - vinegar - 1 teaspoon;
  • - salt - a pinch.
  • For sugar coating:
  • - sugar - 100 g;
  • - water - 50 ml.

Instruction

1. Having poured milk in a small saucepan, put it on a plate and heat, but only you don't bring to the boil at all. In ware with the warmed-up milk add the following: a soft desi, vinegar and also soda, honey and the egg which is shaken up together with granulated sugar. Carefully mix everything till that time until at you weight with uniform consistence turns out.

2. To the received weight you vysypit in the small portions rye flour. Vent dough from educated mix. When it is ready, place it in the refrigerator and you hold there for 2 hours, it isn't less.
