How to make snack cake from a lavash

Snack cake from a lavash - very unusual and original dish. Its preparation requires literally half an hour and special financial expenses it isn't necessary. Snack turns out gentle and light and perfectly will be suitable for a breakfast or a dinner.

It is required to you

  • - a lavash thin Armenian - 2 packs;
  • - champignon mushrooms fresh - 0.5 kg;
  • - a bulb large - 1 piece;
  • - sour cream - 4 tablespoons;
  • - any hard cheese - 100 g;
  • - salt, a sprinkling pepper - to taste;
  • - sunflower oil.

Instruction

1. We clean a bulb and we cut in a quarter of a ringlet. We warm vegetable oil in a frying pan, we pour out onions and we fry 3-5 minutes on slow fire to transparency.

2. While the bulb is fried, we wash out champignons and we cut them any medium-sized pieces. Then we pour out mushrooms in a frying pan with onions, we mix and we leave to be fried until ready mushrooms, from time to time stirring slowly. To taste we add salt and a sprinkling pepper. Ready mushrooms together with onions and oil are passed via the meat grinder or we crush in the blender. It will also be a stuffing for a cake.

3. We grate cheese on an average grater.

4. We spread a form for roasting (frying pan, a baking tray) a food foil in several layers. We cut a lavash on pieces in a baking sheet form. We spread the first layer of a lavash, we coat with a stuffing, then again a lavash, etc., ingredients won't reach a limit yet. The last layer the lavash has to turn out. We grease sides and a top of cake with sour cream. We strew from above with a grated cheese.

5. We warm an oven to 180-200 degrees, we put in it snack approximately for 5-10 minutes only in order that cheese melted. We cut ready cake on portion pieces, we strew with small cut greens and we give to a table.
