1. With Prosortiruyte sunflower seeds, having removed all unnecessary impurity (litter). It is possible to call this process safely laborious, but already today on creameries there is an equipment which sifts sunflower seeds, separating a grass and garbage quickly and effectively.
2. Remove a fruit coat, or so-called pod, from seeds. It can also be done by means of the available production equipment or manually.
3. By means of the separator or a semeveyka it is necessary to clean the received weight. Strong air flow will separate pod and accidentally got garbage from sunflower seeds.
4. By Provaltsuyte seeds, that is "destroy" their structure. As a result the crushed homogeneous mass called on creameries by a myatka has to turn out. Often the myatka is received by pressing on the special equipment.
5. Drench with moisture and heat a myatka. Weight razopret and there will be a so-called alburnum (soft pounded substance). With heat the myatka is drenched on a special brazier where temperature doesn't exceed 120 degrees Celsius. If not to observe this temperature condition, oil will darken, in it there will be more kontseragen, and all useful properties "will just burn down".
6. Carefully wring out already appeared alburnum oil. When alburnum is wrung out, two components – sunflower oil and cake appear. Often cake is called mistselly. That it is more effective to separate oil, cake is pressed once again. From it, as a rule, it is possible to receive up to 14% of oil still. By means of solvent, cake is processed last time. On a closing stage the oil content in cake shouldn't exceed 2%. In end it is necessary to emphasize that on large oil milling crafts the received oil is filtered still and subject to additional cleaning of possible impurity. Only after that sunflower oil can be packed up in bottles.
