It is required to you

  • - 400 g of chicken fillet (it is possible smoked chicken);
  • - 1 big bulb;
  • - 1 big carrots or 2 averages;
  • - 1 bank of tinned corn;
  • - 250 g of cheese;
  • - sunflower oil;
  • - salt to taste;
  • - mayonnaise.

Instruction

1. Cut onions not largely with half rings. Clean and grate carrots on an average grater. To add sunflower oil to the warmed frying pan and to lay out the cut onions and carrots. When frying onions with carrots it is frequent to stir slowly, the main thing not to make fried vegetables, and to slightly fry (browning).

2. Take a small pan, pour water and put on fire. When water begins to boil, to salt and lower the chicken fillet washed a baking plate with cold water. Chicken fillet cooks 15-20 minutes.
