This recipe of bezdrozhzhevy bread won't leave you indifferent! Bread becomes very simply and quickly. And it turns out such fragrant, crunchy and tasty!

- Flour - 2 glasses
- Kefir - 1 glass
- Citric acid - 1/2 tsps.
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Soda - 1 tsp.
- Caraway seeds integral, a coriander ground - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 1 tsp.
Instruction
1. Pour kefir in a deep bowl. It is better if it is room temperature. Pour one tablespoon of sugar, a teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of soda there. Carefully mix that loose ingredients were dissolved.
2. Sift 2 glasses of flour. You can use a part of rye flour, or try to make bread on whole-wheat flour. It is more useful, than the peeled white flour.
3. Mix in other bowl a sifted flour with citric acid. Add some spice - caraway seeds and a ground coriander. Mix well.
4. Warm an oven up to 180 C. Oil a form for bread vegetable.
5. Connect kefiric weight about flour. Knead a soft dough. Dough will be friable and to stick to hands.
