Filo is a dough without eggs and milk, very popular in Greece, it something reminds traditional puff pastry, but is cooked a little differently. Fit dough cakes turn out unusually tasty and just melt in the mouth.

  • - 1 tsps of salt;
  • - 2.5 cups of water;
  • - 5 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Instruction

1. Sift flour, so dough will turn out more gentle. Mix 4, 5 glasses of flour with salt and begin to add gradually to it the water paired to lemon juice and olive oil, carefully stirring. If dough seems to you too dryish, add a little more water.

2. Divide dough into 5 equal parts and roll them in spheres. Powder spheres from the test with flour and wrap up them in food wrap, after that remove dough in the fridge for 1 hour.
