Recipes of the stuffed apples exists much - cottage cheese, cheese and even meat can serve as a stuffing (for example, chicken fillet). But filling from dried fruits, nuts and cinnamon will be traditional New Year's option. It is very simple to prepare such dessert, and the appearance at it turns out very appetizing.

It is required to you

  • - 4 apples of the average size;
  • - 75 g of sugar;
  • - 4 tablespoons (with the hill) chopped nuts;
  • - 4 tablespoons (with the hill) raisin without stones;
  • - 1 h spoon of ground cinnamon.

Instruction

1. Take 4 strong ripe apples of the average size, it is good if from above they have small branches. Now carefully wash out fruit under flowing water, dry paper towels.

2. A sharp knife decrown at apples - it will be dessert "lids". Cut out from each apple a small part of pulp together with a core and sunflower seeds. It is possible to sprinkle slightly lemon juice that pulp didn't darken.

3. Pound granulated sugar in powder. Carefully wash out raisin and dry. Mix icing sugar, the crushed walnuts, raisin and a ground cinnamon. At will it is possible to grind in addition weight in the blender.

4. Fill apples with the prepared stuffing and cover with "lids". Lay out apples on the oiled sheets for pastries or in portion ceramic forms for souffle.

5. Warm an oven to 200 wasps, place apples there and prepare within 30-35 minutes. Before giving at will strew the stuffed apples with icing sugar. Give in a warm look.
