Divide tomatoes into 4-6 parts. Then miss them via the meat grinder and place in a big pan together with garlic and burning Chile pepper. If you have no meat grinder, then it is possible to use the blender or a grater. Including they can be crushed by means of a knife. Degree of sharpness of a dish can be regulated to the taste: if you want food to turn out more sharply, crush pepper together with sunflower seeds if you like less pungent flavor, it is better not to use sunflower seeds.
