  • 500 g of chicken breast;
    • 300 g of cheese;
    • 250 g of sour cream;
    • 200 g of ham;
    • 5 large champignons;
    • 250 g of sour cream;

Instruction

1. Wash out chicken breasts under flowing water and dry a paper towel. Sharp knife chicken breasts in half, then each half - lengthways on two parts. So, from one chicken breast at you 4 pieces have to turn out. Put them in a deep bowl, salt and pepper to taste. Carefully mix.

2. Make a stuffing for rolls. Peel champignons from a thin skin and small chop a knife. Fry mushrooms in a frying pan in the heated sunflower oil within 5-7 minutes, cool a little. Cut ham in small cubes. Grate a hard cheese, or crush in the blender. Lay out cheese, ham and the fried champignons in one deep cup. Mix all ingredients.

3. Take the prepared piece of chicken fillet, lay out couple of spoons of a stuffing from mushrooms, cheese and ham on one edge of fillet and accurately curtail a roll. Fix it by a toothpick.

4. Warm 2-3 spoons of sunflower oil in a frying pan. Lay out rolls and fry them from two parties on 3 minutes.

5. Take a baking tray or a heat-resistant glass dish with high boards. Lay out in it rolls and fill in from above with sour cream. Put a dish with rolls in the oven warmed up to 180 degrees. Bake chicken rolls within 40 minutes.
