Then cowberry is thrown back on a sieve that excess water flew down, and poured into a basin for jam. In a sugar syrup it is necessary to boil a few at first pears or apples, and already then to add cowberry. Cowberry jellies did on honey earlier – on two glasses of juice as much of honey. Instead of it use sugar now. The peeled cowberry is poured out in capacity for cooking and boiled in own juice without water addition until berries don't burst. Weight, without wringing out, it is necessary to filter through a gauze, to add sugar or honey then to uvarit until ready and to pour on the sterilized banks. From cowberry good dietetic or medical beverages turn out. For example, cowberry water – its use improves appetite and digestion. For its preparation ripe cowberry is filled up in the prepared tub and filled in with cold boiled water. It is better to boil water with addition of several branches of a peppermint. It is necessary to draw everything about four weeks then to use as the refreshing drink.
