The combination of eggplants to cheese and tomatoes gives rise to unusual, but very pleasant flavor. Such dish can decorate both a daily, and solemn table as hot appetizer.
The ingredients necessary for preparation of eggplants with cheese and tomatoes:
- 3-4 small eggplants;
- 200 гр hard cheese;
- several average tomatoes;
- 3 zubk of garlic;
- mayonnaise to taste.
We prepare eggplants in an oven
- Wash up, dry and cut eggplants on circles with a diameter about 7-8 mm. To plentifully oil them and to put on a baking tray, on parchment.
- Cut tomatoes on thin circles and put from above on eggplants. It is important that circles of tomatoes were no more, than circles of eggplants. It is the best of all that vegetables were approximately identical by the size.
- Hard cheese grate, mix it in a bowl with the garlic crushed by a press and enough mayonnaise.
- From above on every portion of snack to put on a small spoon of a cheese curd and to level a thin layer. Helpful advice: if desired it is possible to add to cheese and mayonnaise dried Provence herbs or a basil.
- Put a dish in the oven which is warmed up approximately up to 180-190 degrees. Bake until ready eggplants (about 20-30 minutes).
- Ready hot appetizer from eggplants with cheese and tomatoes can be decorated with leaves of a fresh basil or other greens. It is the best of all to serve snack warm, or warm up before giving on a table.
