Instruction

1. Prepare meat and a liver. Well defreeze and wash. Pass everything via the meat grinder. Clean onions and garlic. Crush garlic, and to pass onions via the meat grinder or to grate.

2. It is good to mix all ingredients and add here milk, eggs and flour. It is possible to salt and pepper. Put a frying pan to heat up, oil it and bake liver pancakes from two parties.

3. Now prepare cream. Clean onions, garlic, carrot, it is good to wash up everything. Small to cut onions and garlic, and to grate carrot. Prepare a frying pan, pour a little oil and water, to stew onions and carrots. Then to set aside and allow to cool down.
