How to prepare meat rolls in a convection oven

Meat rolls can serve not only as snack, but also a main course if to add to it a suitable garnish.

It is required to you

  • - 700 g of fillet of beef;
  • - 200 g of champignons;
  • - 1 big bulb;
  • - 2 garlic gloves;
  • - 2 tablespoons of a soy-bean sauce;
  • - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - ground white pepper.

Instruction

1. Clean and crush garlic. Mix a soy-bean sauce with garlic. Cut meat on portion pieces about 1 cm thick. Slightly beat off them and season with ground white pepper to taste. Smear each piece with the prepared garlic weight.

2. Small chop champignons, cut onions also into small pieces. In a frying pan warm oil and fry in it onions and mushrooms. Lay out mushroom weight on the prepared pieces of beef. Curtail meat a roll and tie with a thread.

3. Put rolls on a high lattice of a convection oven. Bake at a temperature of 250 degrees and high speed is 20 minutes old.
