Let's try to make not only meat or vegetables, but also a light summer dessert on a grill! A sweet peach, honey, piquancy of ginger and a cheese and creamy cloudlet from above - the most worthy end of a Sunday summer meal!

It is required to you

  • For 2 portions:
  • - 50 g of whipped cream;
  • - 0.25 tsps of a cracked ginger;
  • - 0.75 tablespoons + are a little more for decoration of liquid honey;
  • - the nutmeg pinch + is a little more for ornament;
  • - 250 g of peaches;
  • - 50 g of Nefshatel cheese


1. In a bowl of the food processor liquid honey and Nefshatel cheese is combinable. We will carefully shake up before formation of uniform creamy consistence. We will add some spice and we will shake up about a minute more that all ingredients well mixed up among themselves.

2. We will separately shake up cream (it is possible to use ready shaken up). Accurately by means of a rake we will mix them with other ingredients. We will put mix in the fridge and we will pass to preparation of fruit.

3. We will cover a gridiron with a foil. We will warm it and we will lay out from above the peaches which are previously cut on two parts (the stone, certainly, needs to be removed). Prepare about 5 minutes, to softness of fruit.

4. We will shift ready peaches to plates for giving and we will fill each half with cream. From above slightly we will sprinkle honey and, at will, we will add a little more nutmeg. The dessert is ready, it is possible to give!
