It is required to you

  • 3 eggplants,
    • 3 tomatoes,
    • 100 g of a hard cheese
    • 1-2 processed cheese,
    • 2 garlic gloves,
    • mayonnaise to taste,

Instruction

1. Wash up eggplants in cold water and cut off at them edges, cut them not with really thick slices.

2. Water eggplants with subsalty water or salt and put in a plate 20-25 minutes. It needs to be made in order that they were left by bitterness.

3. On a grater rub hard and processed cheese and add there, the crushed garlic gloves. If desired you can add mayonnaise.

4. Get the prepared eggplants and fry them in a frying pan on the heated olive oil
