How to prepare toasts rolls with bilberry jam and creamy sauce

It is required to you

  • For toasts rolls:
  • - 16-20 slices sandwich bread;
  • - ½ cups of bilberry jam (or any other);
  • - 200 g of bilberry (or other berries);
  • - 4 big eggs;
  • - ½ cups of milk;
  • - ½ tsps of a vanilla extract or vanillin on a knife tip;
  • - 2 tablespoons of flour;
  • - ½ tsps of baking powder;
  • - 1 pinch of ground nutmeg;
  • - 2 tablespoons of the kindled desi;
  • - 1/3 cups of sugar;
  • - 1 ¼ tsps of cinnamon.
  • For sauce:
  • - 100 g of soft cream cheese;
  • - 100 g of the softened desi;
  • - 1 cups of icing sugar;
  • - 1.5-2 tablespoons of milk;
  • - ½ tsps of a vanilla extract or vanillin.

Instruction

1. Warm an oven to 375 wasps. Cut off a crust at toasts from all directions. A rolling pin roll on slices that they decreased in volume twice.
