Instruction
1. Besides search of personnel, office, registration of advertizing campaign and the legal entity it is necessary to obtain certain licenses and to develop own frequency. Specify types of activity in constituent documents of the legal entity: creation of additional and television programs, radio, broadcasting and TV and radio broadcasting, political and commercial, activity in the sphere of media (mass media).
2. Register media. For this purpose write the cover letter and fill in the application form in the established form. It, among other, has to contain such information as percent of the planned advertizing and subject of radio station.
3. It is necessary to prepare the necessary package of documents in federal state unitary enterprise for development of own radio frequency which has to contain, in addition, data on the applicant, the cover letter, data on the legal entity, term for which the radio frequency, data on purpose of a radio frequency is necessary. Apply the form No. ID-TV, OVCh ChM signed by the head and certified by the seal of the legal entity to these documents.
4. Now it is necessary to obtain the license of the Federal Information Technologies Agency and Rosokhrankultura. If the zone of broadcasting of your radio frequency covers in the future settlements with the population of 200,000 people and more, then it will be necessary to obtain the license of Rosokhrankultura on a competitive basis. For this purpose it is necessary to file documents of the legal entity, the business plan of your radio station, the description of the concept of broadcasting to Rosokhrankultura.
5. Everything that is necessary from the applicant of the license – filing of application and documents of the legal entity, term during which the applicant of the license plans to carry out in the field of rendering communication services activity, and the indication of the territory in which the service will be rendered is much simpler to obtain the license of the Federal Information Technologies Agency.
