Instruction

1. Preparation of stuffed peppers doesn't take a lot of time. Boil rice in the added some salt water and cast away on a sieve that water completely flew down. Mix rice with mincemeat. Wash out pepper under flowing water and cut off the top part on which the tail is located. Carefully remove all seeds and wash out internal space of vegetables.

2. Clean onions from a peel and cut in small cubes. Wipe carrots on a large grater. Heat a dry frying pan and pour in it a little vegetable oil. Fry onions before emergence of a golden shade. Then add carrots to onions and fry vegetables until ready. Crush garlic and add to onions and carrots.

3. Mix forcemeat with the fried vegetables and a small amount of sour cream and stuff with it the prepared pepper. Shift the stuffed peppers in the form for roasting oiled vegetable and fill in with the mix prepared from the tomato paste and sour cream taken in equal volume. Warm up an oven to 180-200os. Place a form with pepper on the average level. It is necessary to bake pepper 30-40 minutes. The ready-to-eat meal is decorated with chopped greens of fennel or parsley.

4. It is possible to cook stuffed peppers in a pan. For this purpose preparations fill in with water that it completely covered stuffed vegetables. Put a pan on strong fire and bring its contents to the boil. As soon as water begins to boil, reduce heating to an average, and close a pan densely a cover. You stew pepper within 40 minutes. Then switch off fire, and leave a pan on a plate for 10 minutes. Serve pepper with sour cream or sauce.
