Light cottage cheese pie

Fast and tasty pie will be pleasant to all house, and its preparation will take not enough time. Besides such pie is rich with calcium as a lot of cottage cheese is its part.

   Ingredients:

  • Fat cottage cheese - 0.5 kg;
  • Desi - 250 g;
  • Sugar - 1.5 stakak;
  • Egg - 5 pieces;
  • Flour - 1.5-2 glasses.

Preparation: 

  • Gradually to add a sifted flour how many will take oil, before formation of an oily crumb to the softened or grated desi. Dough needs to be kneaded hands until mix turns into a crumb.
  • Cottage cheese needs to be laid out in a deep bowl and to mash it a fork. Then to break eggs in the mashed cottage cheese, to add not extinguished soda on a tip of a knife and to pour one and a half glasses of sugar. Sugar can be added at will more or on the contrary less, depending on tastes and preferences. 
  • Also for variations it is possible to add to cottage cheese mix previously washed up and steamed out raisin, berries of currant, a cranberry or cherries, the crushed kernels walnut or other nuts.
  • It is good to shake up mix the mixer or a nimbus before receiving homogeneous mass.
  • On a baking tray with rather high sides to lay out a half of the ready test – a crumb. From above to lay out curds and to close the remained half of an oil crumb. In the oven warmed up to 180 гр to put pie on a baking sheet and to bake about 20 minutes until it blushes.
  • From above to decorate pie with icing sugar and fresh berries or pieces of fruit.

It is possible to serve such pie with jam, berry jam or sour cream.
