I offer recipes of light salads which any hostess will be able to prepare.

Tenderness salad

It is required: 3 fresh cucumbers, 3 eggs, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, greens (fennel, parsley), salt.

Cucumbers cut small straws. Boil eggs, cut egg white on strips, and pound a yolk. Crush greens also more small. Stir all products, salt, squeeze out lemon juice and add sour cream. Make the prepared salad the hill, decorate with branches of fennel and parsley, on the center put a grated yolk.

Summer day salad

It is required: 1 average heads of cabbage, 2 carrots, celery, 2 cucumbers, 1 sweet pepper, 2 garlic gloves, olive oil, salt.

It is required: a half of a head of cabbage, 1 bunch of lettuce leaves, 1 cucumber, 1 apple, 1-2 tomatoes, 3 teaspoons of the peeled walnuts. For sauce: mustard, olive oil, pepper, salt.

Wash up all products and dry. Cut pepper on medium-sized strips, rub a cucumber and apple on an average grater. Chop cabbage, add salt and well knead. Tear lettuce leaves hands, slice tomato. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir. For sauce squeeze out lemon juice, put a little mustard, olive oil. Salt a dish and pepper. Fill with sauce and from above strew with shredded walnuts.

Vitamin salad

 This salad has sweet-sour taste and its recipe is very simple.

It is required: 1 green radishes, 1 carrots, 2 fresh cucumbers, 1 bulb, fennel, green onions, 1 garlic glove, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, vegetable oil, salt, sugar.

Wash products, clean. Grate radish, carrots and a cucumber. Chop onions a cube and add a little vinegar, you remember hands and leave to infuse. Small chop greens and garlic. Lay all ingredients in a cup, add a little sugar, salt. Fill salad with vegetable oil.

Fruit Easy salad

It is required: 500 - 600 g of strawberry, 2 bananas, juice of one lemon, sugar to taste, mint fresh.

Well wash out fruit, cut strawberry in half, bananas - thin circles. Put everything in a salad bowl, fill with juice of a lemon and sugar. Put salad to be cooled in the fridge, then spread out in ice-cream bowls. From above decorate with a mint branch.
